Getting to Our Office

Our offices are located in the heart of Sheffield, just a short walk from the city centre. Castle Street is well connected by public transport, with bus stops nearby and Sheffield railway station approximately fifteen minutes away on foot.

If you are driving, several public car parks operate within walking distance. We recommend the NCP car park on Charles Street or the Q-Park on Eyre Street, both within a five-minute walk.

Accessibility

Our building offers step-free access to the ground floor where consultations are held. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please mention them when booking your appointment so we can make appropriate arrangements.

We understand that some clients may find it difficult to travel to our office. For this reason, we offer telephone and video consultations that provide the same quality of advice from the comfort of your home.

Before Your Visit

To make the most of your consultation time, we recommend bringing the following documents if available:

  • Proof of identity (passport, driving licence, or other official ID)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from the last three months)
  • National Insurance number
  • Any letters or decisions you have received regarding benefits or pensions
  • Medical evidence or letters if your enquiry relates to health conditions

Do not worry if you cannot locate all these documents. Our advisors can still assist you and advise on what documentation may be needed for specific applications.

Appointments are recommended to ensure you receive dedicated time with an advisor. However, we do accept walk-in enquiries during office hours when availability permits.
